I have noticed a small issue when I try to load some new HDRI maps I recently purchased. The files are 32 bit .HDR but when I load them into Brighter 3D The gamma and color shifts significantly (see attached image).

I have had some success using the LEVELS adjustment in Photoshop to help the problem. Shifting the mids from 1.00 to 2.00 seems to restore the gamma and color saturation curves to a more natural look.

I’m not sure why this is happening in Brighter 3D or if it is even a bug…

If possible… an HLS control for HDRI maps would be useful (if this behavior can’t be corrected otherwise).

I also wanted to note that the HDR Mapping scale function has not been responding for some time on all of my HDR and EXR maps. I rarely use this feature but it hasn’t worked when I tried to use it.
